We are a family of real estate agents local to Ventura, California. Example of How We Work Together

In 2011, Kevin sold a 6-unit apartment building in downtown Ventura. This property has been an excellent opportunity for us to demonstrate to our clients the incredible amount of work we do for them. When negotiations came up, Kevin and Bill tackled the task working to ensure the best possible deal for our client. When tenant issues struck, Connie and Lauren negotiated with the tenants and avoiding lengthy evictions by working with the tenants and settling on a cash-for-keys move-out. When time came to renovate a vacated unit, Kevin and Bill were there to help the owner muscle away trash and paint the exterior of the building to breath new life into the sale. We leave our clients in disbelief as to why we work so hard for them. And we do it because going above and beyond is what we love to do.
