Referral Agreements

Bill Stewart, local broker since 1984, and myself are always very grateful and appreciative of any referral from another agent or brokerage. We offer very fair referral commissions to the referring agent and always provide a written and fully executed referral agreement to the referrer. Our reputation is very important to us and we want to make sure that any partnership we create will be one of good standing and a lasting one.

Uploading Offers

Need to send in an offer on a listing? Please email all of your offer documents to me including but not limited to:

• RPA or RIPA
• Buyer’s Inspection Advisory
• Agency Relationships
• Wood Destroying Pest Addendum (WPA)
• Water Heater & Smoke Detector (WHSD)
• Copy of the Buyer’s Earnest Money Deposit Check
• Preapproval or DU-approval (if applicable)
